After staying in the hotel for 2 nights I had to check out for one night and return the next night. They kept my luggage for the day I was absent. Also the rooms on the numeric floor are much easier to get to, straight from the elevator. The breakfast was great with wide selection.

The room was fine for a single night. I would have wanted a bit more space if I was staying longer and would work a bit from the room. Since that wasn't the case, it was fine. Toilet + shower were spacious.

The staff was kind and helpful all the time. The location is great to get to many places. Everything was clean in our room and maintained that way through the days. Food seem to be cooked very clean as well, I am a celiac and consumed mostly eggs from the breakfast options and I never got sick.

It's a small room (do pay attention to the square meters per room they mention on their website if that's something that matters to you!), but I was quite impressed by how efficient the layout was. Small, yes, but well laid-out and more than sufficient for my needs. The bed was very comfortable; I slept well every night. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and while I personally never spent much time in the lobby itself, it had a welcoming atmosphere and I noticed that many guests did take advantage of it and seemed to enjoy themselves. The breakfast was goodfeaturing bread and toast, fresh fruits, meats and cheeses, eggs both boiled and scrambled, various spreads, baked sweets, etcand the dining room, like the lobby, also felt quite nice and welcoming. The location of the building itself was also quite good. The train station was conveniently nearby, and most places I wanted to go were within 10-15 minutes walking distance.

Excellent hearty breakfast buffet. Helpful staff. Small but comfortable rooms with shelf space for all our clothes, and there was a table and chair in the room. The location is excellent. Quiet area, walking distance to Central Station and all trains, trams, buses, and metro. Several restaurants nearby. We had to check very early to catch our flight, and they made us breakfast to go.
